After rolling his ankle and exiting Monday's practice, Redskins cornerback DeAngelo Hall sat out Tuesday morning's walkthrough while sporting a walking boot.
Hall underwent tests to determine the extent of his injury, but CSN's Chick Hernandez first reported that they were inconclusive. As a result, Hall is expected to miss more practices while the team puts him through more tests and awaits the diagnosis.
Rookie cornerback David Amerson has since stepped in and taken Hall's usual reps at left cornerback. Amerson took reps at right cornerback at the beginning of camp when Josh Wilson was briefly relegated to the physically unable to perform list.
Hall is expected to meet with the press after Tuesday afternoon's practice. More as the story develops.
