Matt Ioannidis:
With Matt Ioannidis (knee), he obviously went back into the game after hurting his knee. Ron Rivera said it tightened up later, (once the emotion of the game subsided, reality hits the knee); they want to be 'smart and prudent.' Will see how he's feeling tomorrow morning.

Jon Bostic:
Rivera said Jon Bostic is a natural leader on the field. He's been a big help for Jamin Davis and Cole Holcomb, by putting them in the best position to make a play.

Ron Rivera on Jon Bostic: "He does get a lot of criticism and it's a little unfair." Touts Bostic's leadership, how he's helping Cole and Jamin and his overall disposition. Ron admitted that sometimes he's a little harsh on Bostic too but does appreciate his contributions

Monday Night Playoffs:
Rivera on the new Monday night wild card game. Says he’s cool with it as long the winning team plays the following Sunday as opposed to the Saturday slate.

Saahdiq Charles:
Rivera on Saahdiq Charles, who's been inactive the first two games. Said it's just a numbers game. They have Lucas, Schweitzer, Larsen, and going 9 OL is too much without injuries, basically.
