It’s the second week of the season, and we’re already a .500 team, with an NFC East win. Sure, that Chargers loss is already not aging that well, and sure, the New York Giants look like the terrible team we all thought they were, but...where was I?
The Washington Football Team got a win under their belt, and that is no small...uhhh...victory. Until Thursday night, we only knew what losing felt like this year. So what if we beat a disastrous team that knows less about winning than just about every team in the league? Until you get your first win, there is no such thing as judging, categorizing, or distinguishing between wins. And every win deserves a Victory Tuesday—especially when you beat a team that has done nothing but beat you in recent years (I know...sad).
Thanks to all of you here at Hogs Haven, we have one of the best boards anywhere during the show, so please join in the conversation.
Tonight, we spend some time looking back on the week two win, and look forward to the road trip to Buffalo on Sunday, when the defense is really going to have to show up.
Hit the board on the show link and help us get this one done. All of this tonight on tonight’s episode of Thank God It’s Tuesday, the official Washington Football Team podcast of Hogs Haven.
