The Washington Football Team had two home games over a 4 day period to start the 2021 season. Week 1 against the Chargers didn’t go according to plan, resulting in a 20-16 loss. They bounced back on Thursday Night Football in a back and forth battle with the division rival New York Giants. Washington now sits in 2nd place following their 30-29 win over the Giants, and hold the only division win in the NFC East.
