Rookie CB Benjamin St-Juste has the potential to allow Washington to play more man coverage if he can demonstrate he’s ready to contribute. He was given an opportunity to prove himself as a starter against the Bengals, but how did he do? I broke it down: https://t.co/k9lIpyAXAs

BREAKING: Travis Etienne is likely to miss the entire season after an MRI showed a significant tear to the Lisfranc ligament.
— Inside Injuries (@InsideInjuries) August 24, 2021
He will need surgery, and the expected recovery time is a minimum of 12 weeks. Our Optimal Recovery Time is even longer (5 months) #Jaguars
The #Saints suffered injuries to not one but two TEs last night: Along with Adam Trautman (foot/ankle), TE Nick Vannett suffered a knee injury and he is currently undergoing an MRI to determine the severity.

seeing from @Jason_OTC that because he has been on NFI list he can still come back after 6 weeks? Just wondering how many pass rushers we need to add now

Re: Curry. I guess I am wrong in my interpretation. I thought this is the same as PUP not the short term IR, but I guess they are making a distinction for the 80 man cut. https://t.co/6Aedm1wFjp

Washington special teams coach Nate Kaczor tested positive for covid-19 and is in the protocol, Ron Rivera said. Kaczor is fully vaccinated.

Nice. That's with 80 roster, so 72 vaxxed, 8 not. Even if all 8 made the team that would be 45/53 or 85%

The NFL informed clubs today that effective immediately, locker room access while players are present on game day will be limited to 50 people — and no media unless they’re club-affiliated, per source.
— Tom Pelissero (@TomPelissero) August 24, 2021
No surprise, given current COVID situation, but a major impact on coverage.
For context, the NFL limited locker room access to 40 non-players in 2020. There was no limit through first two weeks of the 2021 preseason; starting with this week’s games, the limit is now 50. All individuals in the locker room must be fully vaccinated.
