Per NFL rules, Lucas can remain on the list for a few days after he returns to practice so the team can give him a ramp-up period. He will work with the trainers and not the team during today’s practice, per a WFT spokesman.

More from Lamar Miller: not only has he been running well, but he’s also got some impressive acceleration. Made a catch earlier in 9-on-9s and turned on the keys to get some separation from the LB

I’ve noticed how good Dax Milne is at catching passes away from his body. I’ve heard he has nice hands, but it’s nice to see him stretch and bend to make receptions.

There are some players that Fitz targets more than others lately (Humphries, McLaurin and Thomas) but he’s shown that he’s willing to give everyone a chance.

Yo. Montez Sweat’s acceleration and speed is otherworldly. Got a clean look at Ryan Fitzpatrick, but quickly realized J.D. McKissic leaked out. Fitzpatrick hits McKissic and Sweat chased down the RB and gave him a nice shove after 15 yard gain
