One note on Curtis Samuel now that he’s off the Covid list and back on PUP: it’s now about his conditioning more than his groin injury. He hasn’t practiced yet this summer so he needs to get caught up in that area. The groin wasn’t a big worry camp. More precaution.

Re: NFL emphasis on taunting penalties. Celebrations still very much allowed. Flag will come when it’s directed at the other team. Not a huge tweak but a notable one, especially for receivers (spiking the ball at a DB, etc)
