After nearly a year-long investigation, Beth Wilkinson has made her “report” on the Washington Football Team’s culture to the NFL. Conclusions were made that “Bullying and intimidation frequently took place and many described the culture as one of fear, and numerous female employees reported having experienced sexual harassment and a general lack of respect in the workplace.”
The consequences from the NFL? A ten step cultural sensitivity training program and a $10M fine. Oh, and a voluntary, temporary transfer of power to Tanya Snyder, while Dan tries to find a sucker to give him a stadium.
