Something doesnt add up there. Wouldnt have created anything with a trade ($2.5M) and they had just paid Woods $10M in a restructure for cap relief.

Im sure there is truth to it but I wonder if it had to do more with getting draft picks because they are spread so thin, though looking at their cap it would have been hard to create $15M in space.
