Washington has made a few roster moves over the last two days that affect their depth on defense. Yesterday CB Chris Miller was claimed off waivers from the Arizona Cardinals. He played safety there, but Washington listed him as a cornerback in their press release.

The Washington Football Team announced today that they were releasing LB Josh Harvey-Clemons. JHC opted out of last season due to COVID-19 and didn't get a chance to work with Head Coach Ron Rivera. He will be replaced on the roster by former Philadelphia Eagles 7th round draft pick Joe Walker.

In '15, Philly drafted Walker out of Oregon. He spent 18-19 with Arizona and last season with San Francisco, where GM Martin Mayhew was VP of player personnel. He started 11 games as an ILB in '19.
