Former Washington Redskins/Football Team legend Ryan Kerrigan said his goodbyes to the team, DMV, and fans last night. He thanked the fans and the team for his 10-year career with Washington. Kerrigan will eventually be inducted into Washington’s Ring of Fame.
That induction will have to wait and it has just been reported that he will be continuing his career with a hated division rival, the Philadelphia Eagles. For some fans going to the Dallas Cowboys would have been the worst possible outcome, but Philly is definitely worse in my book. Good luck chasing that ring Ryan!
I know I probably wasn’t your favorite player over the past decade, but @philadelphiaeagles fans I’m fired up to be playing for you guys now! LFG!!! #flyeaglesfly
Former Washington Football Team DE Ryan Kerrigan, who bid farewell to WFT after 10 years in an Instagram post, is signing with the #Eagles. A big-time veteran addition.

Teams that showed the most interest in Ryan Kerrigan were the Eagles, Steelers and Bengals. But he opted to stay in NFC East. https://t.co/hIopweFdDA
