Imagine if when we drafted Chase Young some super league came in and just signed him away
— WASHINGTON FOOTBALL (@HogsHaven) May 13, 2021
The Washington Football Team had one of their rookie tryout players test positive for COVID-19, source said. So they’ll move forward with rookie minicamp with only draft picks and players eligible to participate who were on the roster last year.
— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) May 13, 2021
One of the 5 Washington tryout players tested positive for Covid-19. Per rules, means the other 4 tryout guys could not attend. WFT will have 16 players in this weekend. The draft picks, UDFA Jaret Patterson plus Sammis Reyes, Rick Leonard, Daniel Wise, David Bada & Steven Montez

Nelson Lokombo and Logan Bandy, two players recently drafted to the CFL, were among those five tryout players. They did not test positive, and are now looking for another opportunity.

We will be able to watch Friday and Saturday. Expecting around 20 players or so. Reyes will be there. https://t.co/7Cg3PHW2Cs

Per @PFF_Linsey, Chase Young had the NFL's best pass-rushing grade in the Redzone with a 92.0.
— George Carmi (@Gcarmi21) May 13, 2021
This is a great statisitic, for pressure in the redzone can create turnovers and take points off the board. #WashingtonFootball pic.twitter.com/rUFB7MU7At

Logan Paulsen from John Keim's Podcast:
— Mark Tyler(Hogs Haven) (@Tiller56) May 13, 2021
On John Bates - Not gonna wow you with his speed but he can use his length down the seam. Dying breed of player - kinda like a Unicorn but essential to have a good in-line option who can block
Didn't love the pick before, but now loves it
What can BYU WR Dax Milne bring to D.C.? I broke down Washington’s final draft pick to find out: https://t.co/MxAbNU2FgR

Well, when he mentioned cheddar I figured it had to be something sharp or I’d get shredded.

#TheLostFiles QB @KyleAllen_10 fires a bullet to Logan Thomas who breaks a tackle and rumbles in for a 15-yard TD to extend Washington’s lead over Dallas to 21-3. The play is finished off with a Schweitzer Spike to celebrate. #APRVault pic.twitter.com/AaeiXmTIsT

"while some project the Cowboys to win the NFC East , my models like Washington. The Football Team's strength on defense, especially up front, can make up for the average offensive projection, whereas the Cowboys' offense will have a bigger challenge carrying the defense." https://t.co/29loXmU7HU

FanDuel says Chargers-WFT is one of the three most-bet-on games since the schedule release (Cowboys-Bucs and Browns-Chiefs the others).
— michael phillips (@michaelpRTD) May 13, 2021
They're offering Chargers -1, and right now 57% of spread bets and 97% of the moneyline action is on Washington.
Another quirky scheduling factoid from the @gmfb research team...
— Peter Schrager (@PSchrags) May 13, 2021
The Washington Football Team's final five games are against NFC East opponents, the first time any team has closed with such a stretch since the NFL expanded to 32 teams and the eight-division format in 2002.
I think these are the most important charts regarding scheduling--net rest differences. In other words, how many days rest does a team get vs its opponents in each week across the season. It's been shown to be a measurable factor in win probability. pic.twitter.com/dtwjLXh1ZW

If you missed the schedule analysis tweetstorm from last night, you should check my timeline. But here's something I meant to do earlier. It's a breakdown of what really matters in terms of winning--net rest difference and net travel. As always, up and right are good! pic.twitter.com/hrYCyjMoiI
