Landon Collins
Linebacker:
Landon Collins on helping out in the box. He's not a fan of playing linebacker but he's good in the box so he's doing what's needed. pic.twitter.com/kxTWyPiJKq

Landon Collins when asked his feelings on playing downhill linebacker, said he’s a team player.
— Rhiannon Walker (@InstantRHIplay) October 21, 2021
He’s unsure if he’ll move back to safety. Said he hasn’t played on backend in awhile. Collins still sees himself as a safety. Was drafted as a safety and made plays at that position pic.twitter.com/uLL1iJABh4
Landon Collins said the team asked him to play LB but he hasn’t received clarity on if this is an interim move to compensate for injuries, or if the team wants him to stay there. He said he still views himself as a safety though.

Landon Collins makes it clear he's a safety, period. But right now he's not taking reps in deep secondary. Or in the secondary at all. Isn't sure what this means long-term.

Landon Collins said they asked him to play linebacker. He's played there almost exclusively the past two games, and he said he hasn't taken any practice reps on the back end.

Secondary:
Landon Collins also says the secondary has pushed for more DBs on the field and that happened against the Chiefs. Maybe that was more gameplan, but likes the overall talent in the secondary.

Davante Adams:
Del Rio at the podium. Called Davante Adams one of the elite players in the league, and he and Aaron Rodgers are on the same page. He runs all the routes and is very reliable.
— Zach Selby (@ZachSelbyWFT) October 21, 2021
Aaron Jones:
On Aaron Jones, Del Rio said he's a dynamic runner with exceptional vision. He's one of the top backs in the league, and the one-two punch of Jones and Adams gives the Packers a challenging offense to defend.
— Zach Selby (@ZachSelbyWFT) October 21, 2021
Landon Collins:
"I'm not up here to talk about specific players if you guys want to get into that. If coach opened that up and talked about that, he can talk further. I'm sure you'll be able to visit with him tomorrow" https://t.co/ep52KZBEt1

Scott Turner
LIVE: Offensive coordinator Scott Turner speaks to the media after practice https://t.co/QiipBmpH24
— Washington Football Team (@WashingtonNFL) October 21, 2021
Aaron Rodgers:
Scott Turner is at the podium. He played Aaron Rodgers twice a year in Minnesota, and he said Rodgers has pinpoint accuracy and a lot of confidence in his ability. He can make throws with not a ton of room to work.
— Zach Selby (@ZachSelbyWFT) October 21, 2021
Taylor Heinicke:
On Taylor Heinicke saying that he's been trying to play perfect, Turner said Heinicke overcompensated for his interceptions and was hesitant to take chances. That's not his game, Turner said, and he wants Heinicke to play with confidence.
— Zach Selby (@ZachSelbyWFT) October 21, 2021
Antonio Gibson:
Washington OC Scott Turner says the team is trying to manage Antonio Gibson during the week so he’s good for game day. “It’s not so much a pitch count, once he gets to Sunday he’s ready to play.”
— JP Finlay (@JPFinlayNBCS) October 21, 2021
Antonio Gibson hasn't been a steady presence in practice in recent weeks.
— Ben Standig (@BenStandig) October 21, 2021
Scott Turner said they are nursing him through practices because of the shin issue and general banged-up-ness.
Injuries:
The injuries are piling up on offense, and Scott Turner admits that while that's part of the game it makes for challenges with practice time and game plan. Don't always know who will be available.

Chase Young
Chase Young on Landon Collins moving down and playing more LB: “I like Landon in the box. … He’s gonna thump you. Landon’s a dog.”
— Nicki Jhabvala (@NickiJhabvala) October 21, 2021
Shhh:
Asked Chase Young if his shhhhhh celebration from Sunday against the Chiefs was to anyone or anything in particular. He responded simply: “Just keep watching” pic.twitter.com/XAAaL6f9Vx
