Washington Football Team backup QB talked to reporters briefly after today’s practice. Dwayne Haskins Jr. is a great player and he is picking up the new offense quickly. Allen has more experience in the system run by Offensive Coordinator Scott Turner, but he said he hasn’t mastered it yet. Defenses are always adjusting, and the offense adjusts year-to-year. Allen likes Turner’s offense because it spreads the field, and gives defense another thing to worry about.
