Terry McLaurin is a superstar. In every way. No longer a rookie, much is expected after putting up 919 yds. A little help and who knows how dangerous he could be, but he’s too mature to say anything other than the right thing, which is the honest answer for him. #httr @Redskins pic.twitter.com/H3mNCqT24H

This is what Terry McLaurin had to say about Dwayne Haskins: pic.twitter.com/tcXriy1NzK

I'm fairly amazed at how quickly people forgot how good Haskins was as a collegian. Yeah, he was a one-year starter. But his potential was obvious. https://t.co/5R1LJgSfqK

McLaurin: "I’ve been trying to learn it all conceptually and I feel like that gives our team versatility, I feel like it gives me versatility and it’s something that I feel I can handle mentally just learning conceptually this new offense."

Terry McLaurin time.
— Ben Standig (@BenStandig) June 11, 2020
Turns out he began working out the Wednesday after the Super Bowl. That worked out for him since it meant almost two months of workouts before the national shutdown.
Terry McLaurin said he's worked out with LeSean McCoy and Frank Gore this offseason. "He doesn't take any reps off," McLaurin said of Gore. He compared him to Adrian Peterson.
— Matthew Paras (@Matthew_Paras) June 11, 2020
McLaurin said Haskins reached out to everyone pretty early in the offseason to train. He wanted to get all of the wide receivers together for a workout trip in South Florida, but obviously with everything that's gone on, that has not happened. #Redskins
— Kyle Stackpole (@kylefstackpole) June 11, 2020
McLaurin said he's had two separate private conversations with offensive coordinator Scott Turner, the most recent one happening about a month ago.

McLaurin: "The attention is different for me. ... I was kind of the guy who just did the dirty work (at Ohio State)." Role is different now for the Redskins after a big rookie year.

Now Ryan Kerrigan joins us.
— Ben Standig (@BenStandig) June 11, 2020
Says he wants to be with the Redskins for the remainder of his career. Has talked to Rivera but they haven't met yet (covid). Says they know where he stands.
For the first time in years Kerrigan isn't the face of the defense heading into camp -- and he says that's justified because things change and there are all kinds of talented young players. Says he absolutely would have drafted Chase Young second overall.
— Ben Standig (@BenStandig) June 11, 2020
I know @MarkBullockNFL and others have specific thoughts on where they'd like the receivers to line up. Talk to me. Where do you want McLaurin, Sims, AGG, Harmon? https://t.co/zJlkuQbHVA

Do people know that Cole Holcomb wears No. 55 because of Chris Hanburger, who was also a UNC linebacker drafted by the Redskins? Just found that out, so I figured I'd share. Obviously Hanburger went on to become a 9x Pro Bowler and @ProFootballHOF

Here’s the see-you-at-camp memo that went out earlier. Really, the remote chance there was on players coming back pre-July was discussion over rookies and new acquisitions coming in to take physicals and sign contracts.

Raiders’ first-round pick Henry Ruggs, who was injured last month when he got pinned between a trailer and a car while helping a friend move, got stitches in his thigh but suffered no muscular damage and is expected to be ready for training camp whenever it begins, per source.

Looks like a solution to the 14 day quarantine is on the way from the Fed Govt. that should allow all 3 Canadian markets to remain viable options as hub cities, and for Cdn teams to hold their training camps north of the border. Details to come in the next few days.

Sources tell me to expect clarity on this within the week... no word on what the answer will be right at this second, but that the NHL is confident in starting to focus on a second hub city https://t.co/DxB1zTomtd
