Officially Official:
#Redskins sign G Mike Liedtkehttps://t.co/bVhBbb1pJp
— Washington Redskins (@Redskins) May 9, 2020
The Washington Redskins have signed former Tampa Bay Buccaneers offensive lineman Mike Liedtke to a 1-year deal per his agent. Liedtke was an undrafted free agent from Illinois State in 2015 who was originally signed by the Miami Dolphins. He spent time with 3 more teams in the offseason and/or on practice squads before joining the Buccaneers.
Liedtke(6'3", 310 lbs) has only played in 10 games during his 5 year NFL career(with only 3 snaps played on offense, the rest came from special teams). His agent says he can play any position on the offensive line, he just hasn't done it much at the NFL level.
Just agreed to terms with the Washington Redskins on a 1-year deal for my client Mike Liedtke. 5-year vet has spent the last few seasons in Tampa Bay and can play every position on the offensive line.
