NFL: Carolina Panthers at Washington Football Team Geoff Burke-USA TODAY Sports

The Philadelphia Eagles have a new rule this week, the “no hat” rule as defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz put it. The goal to stop the Washington Football Team from getting divisional championship hats on the Eagles’ field.

So let’s go get ourselves some damn hats.

It’s a win and you’re in for WFT, just like it was this past week. But forget Carolina, so much has changed since Sunday and we’re on to Philly.

A lot has changed since the first matchup between these two teams all the way back to start the season. But one thing that has remained constant is that the defensive line for WFT is still better than the offensive line for the Eagles.

That’s one of the many subjects discussed in this week’s episode. It was hard to give a full preview of the matchup seeing as we have no idea who will be taking snaps for Washington.

But truthfully, I don’t think it matters a whole lot. We saw the real Jalen Hurts last week. Hurts had a great statistical performance but his worst on the field performance of the season and it came against a bad defense. That’s supposed to change against one of the NFL’s top defenses this week? Good luck.

I picked Washington to win and I expect the team to break the “no hat” rule, take that coach Schwartz.
