Despite the loss to the Panthers, Chase Young had another good week on the field.
He had 4 tackles, including a sack. Twice, he hit Teddy Bridgewater’s arm — the first time he caused the QB to pop a wobbly pass up in the air that was intercepted by safety Kam Curl. The second time, Young forced a fumble, which he recovered himself.
He also showed the leadership and support for his teammates that prompted them, this week, to vote for him to become a team captain.
The dynamic rookie is putting up highlights week after week.

Chase Young is doing his best to keep Washington in the game. Works around the edge and knocks the ball out from Bridgewater's hands, then falls on the fumble to recover it. pic.twitter.com/DHvvqTuUVC

Everything about this is gold. The way Chase Young pronounces "HeinickE" to their interaction on the field ("That's what I do") to Chase's retelling of that conversation. Pro Bowl-worthy clip. pic.twitter.com/JsWNrIWtAu
