The Washington Football Team's injury is unchanged from yesterday, but they have been doing walkthroughs only due to the start of intensive COVID-19 protocols. The biggest concern this week is LT Cornelius Lucas, FS Deshazor Everett, and K Dustin Hopkins.
Geron Christian Sr. was placed on IR today, and Washington is very light at tackle right now. Morgan Moses is expected to start at LT if Lucas can't play. Ron Rivera said the biggest change for him will be his stance on the left side, and preparing for different opponents this week. Rivera saw a lot of positives from filling RTDavid Sharpe, including his size, length, and physicality.
A win would be huge for this team, and Rivera hopes they get one vs the Bengals because the players have worked hard, and deserve to get big wins. The team is 2-7, but have been in a lot of close games. He acknowledges that you are what your record says you are, but the team is better than that.
Press Conference: Ron RiveraHead Coach Ron Rivera met with the media to discuss the upcoming Week 11 matchup.
