Ron Rivera got his first win since Week 1 and it was a big one for the Washington Football Team. They defeated the Dallas Cowboys and are now tied for 2nd place in the NFC East.
Several players had big games today to help dominate the Cowboys. Rivera said "people are sleeping on Logan Thomas" and he has been making them pay for that. Thomas is a very smart football player, so as he learns the offense and continues to gain confidence as a tight end, he’ll play even better. He scored his 2nd TD in two weeks, and made some big plays today.
Antonio Gibson is starting to get more confident running on the inside. Gibson scored a TD today, and had his first 100+ yard rushing game vs the Cowboys. Rivera said the run game helped make up for the injuries at wide receiver this week.
