Washington has four players ruled out for Sunday’s home game against the Dallas Cowboys. DE James Smith-Williams(concussion) and WR Isaiah Wright(shoulder) will both miss Sunday’s game. OT Saadhiq Charles(knee) and WR Antonio Gandy-Golden(hamstring) have been placed on IR.
Geron Christian Sr. is listed as questionable with a knee injury. He did not practice Thursday or Friday, and his knee didn’t look good according to multiple reports from Friday’s practice. Ron Rivera said he felt better that day, but Washington’s Head Athletic Trainer Ryan Vermillion wanted to keep him out of practice. Free agent signing Cornelius Lucas was taking all of the snaps at left tackle with the first team, and will likely be the starter if Christian can’t go Sunday.
