Washington has two players ruled out for Sunday’s home game against the New York Giants. Backup OLs Joshua Garnett and David Sharpe will both miss this week due to an illness that Ron Rivera said is going around the team. Dwayne Haskins Jr. has this “bug” last weekend, but returned to practice today. CB Greg Stroman injured his foot against the Baltimore Ravens on a punt return two weeks ago and has now been placed on IR.

Brandon Scherff returned from IR this week and will take his spot at right guard back from Wes Schweitzer.

Washington’s starting center Chase Roullier didn’t practice Wednesday with a knee injury, but was a full participant the rest of the week.

Cole Holcomb has missed the last 4 games with a knee injury, but is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game. He was also a full participant in today’s practice and could make his return to the field this week.
