Jack Del Rio talked about changes that have happened, and more changes that are coming to Washington's defense. Deshazor Everett has been getting playing time of Troy Apke at free safety and that could continue. He called Apke "Young and developing", and said the defense got some "juice" when Everett played against the Rams.
Del Rio echoed what Ron Rivera said about Washington's linebacker group. They need more out of them, and will continue to shuffle the rotation until they find a combination that works. Cole Holcomb is likely returning to the field this week, and gives them another option. Jon Bostic is the leader of the group.
