The Redskins are reportedly hiring Los Angeles Chargers Assistant Defensive Backs Coach Chris Harris to be their new DBs coach. Harris played safety for the Bears, Panthers, Lions, and Jaguars from 2005-2012. He started coaching in 2013, taking a job as a defensive quality control assistant with the Chicago Bears. In 2016 he became the Chatgets Asst DBs Coach and has been there since.
Source tells @SiriusXMNFL that @Chargers asst DBs coach Chris Harris will be leaving to become new @Redskins DBs coach. Chris played in the NFL for eight years (2005-2012) before branching into coaching.
