I'm no Rivera zealot. I gave his hiring a 7, not a 10. But I'll push back on "3 winning seasons out of 9." He had no QB in the last one; made playoffs in 4 of the other 8 (incl 3 of 5); had reg seasons with 11, 12, and 15 wins; made a Supe; and never lost more than 6. He's good.
