Jay Gruden stepped up to the podium after the Redskins lost to the Cowboys 31-21 at home. The team collapsed again, and allowed Dallas to score on 5 straight drives. Gruden said penalties are killing them, and the defense has to play better with the talent they have. He also said it was too early for coaching changes...
