The Redskins opening drive was filled with some questionable penalties. This allowed the Bengals to take it down to the Washington 11 yard line. The Redskins are playing their starters for the first time this year, and you can see the difference. Daron Payne reached up and punched Andy Dalton’s wobbly pass into the air.
