Much has been made about Redskins players missing mandatory OTA’s this offseason.
According to ESPN’s Field Yates, the following players have had their 2019 salaries reduced.
There are a few teams that use workout based salary de-escalators instead of workout bonuses. (Redskins, Cowboys, and Texans spring to mind). In general its a pretty team friendly contract mechanism.

This should come as music to many fan’s ears, as people have been clamoring for players like Trent Williams and Josh Norman to be heavily fined for their absence. The former, who is holding out for a new contract, drew the ire of the fanbase as people watched Ereck Flowers get dismantled this offseason while working with the first team at left tackle, while the latter was recently seen hurdling bulls in Pamplona.
Not much to see here, just Josh Norman casually jumping over a bull @LacesOutShow pic.twitter.com/Xak1iIVPGw

Maybe this will teach these players a lesson...or not!
