Jordan Brailford was the Redskins last pick in a 10 player draft class, and the last pick before the last pick in this year's draft. He is also the first drafted player Washington has signed to a rookie deal per Brailford's management.

Braildord (6'2 5/8", 252 lbs) joins an OLB group that was pretty thin prior to the draft. The Redskins added Montez Sweat in the 1st round to start opposite Ryan Kerrigan. Ryan Anderson was projected to start if Washington didn't add anyone early in the draft. Cassanova McKinzy, Marcus Smith, and Andrew Ankrah round out the bottom of the depth chart.
Brailford has the opportunity to come in and earn the 4th spot on the roster, and was expected to go sooner than #253.
