The Daily Twitter will be posted at the beginning of every day (at midnight in Washington, DC). The goal is to give readers a handy spot to check the Redskins beat writers & bloggers, and national sports journalists to keep up on the latest news about the Redskins, the NFL, and sports in general, along with a sprinkling of other stuff.

our friend @diannaESPN reporting Skins NOT in play at all for Josh Rosen... but that Bruce/Dan want a QB and Dwayne Haskins is their guy.... notice no mention of what Jay wants there
— Eric Bickel (@EBJunkies) April 24, 2019
Haskins has long been an object of affection by some here. Key will be what they’d have to give up to get him if trade up. They have been aggressive in the past when they want someone. https://t.co/BHi3KMFSKs

I like Haskins a lot don’t get me wrong but a trade up would be a terrible move

The Redskins seem highly unlikely to trade into the Top 5, unless crazy happens.https://t.co/qz4QqumjaI pic.twitter.com/nkUjPLAy7H

As for the rumors about a Josh Rosen trade, I was told Washington does not have any plans to trade with the Cardinals per sources. It was also brought to attention that Arizona could keep Josh Rosen on the roster and trade him later in the summer if they go Murray.

To get a better sense of #HTTR’s current state, I reached out to @DeAngeloHall23 and @thecooleyzone for their thoughts on a number of topics. From the team’s pair of 7-9 finishes, free agency, the #NFLDraft, players they expect to breakout and more. https://t.co/hKEVMPTTLn

One of my favorite small-school draft sleepers: Kennesaw State RB Darnell Holland (@yocrazylegs). In 4 years he averaged 9.9 YPC, 17.3 YPR & he returns kicks too. He has 4.38 speed, a 37-inch vert and NFL teams are interested. I talked to him about it all. https://t.co/1J1G9ZLJgj

Not sure about the draft stock, but I am 99.99% certain that guys with cool names (and not-impossible-to-spell names) get more media draft buzz.

America loves the underdog. Gotta love the UDFAs. 31% of rosters and I believe even higher on OLs. The forgotten, the dismissed. “You’re five-foot nuthin, a hundred and nuthin, and you ain’t got a spec of athletic talent.” Hyperbole, I know, but that’s gotta be how UDFAs feel. https://t.co/d3sxgq4Yop

Prospects take a new test (AIQ) which measures aptitude in ways that correlate to the field (Mayfield bombed Wonderlic, aced AIQ). Yet Wonderlic scores leak and AIQ scores don’t because feeding readers shit is easier (and gets more clicks) than explaining new methods. https://t.co/rsK8nJ8NpB
