Hogs Haven has a brand new podcast feed!

The Redskins’ offseason is just beginning, but here at Hogs Haven we are committed to being in mid-season form all season long. To that end, I’m thrilled to announce a new endeavor that we’re just starting -- our very own podcast feed as part of SB Nation Team Brands Podcasts and Vox Media Podcast Network which is now available to subscribe to on Apple Podcasts, Google Play, Stitcher, and Spotify.

Our channel is going to be the home for a variety of Redskins shows, basically it’s our very own network! We’ll be hosting multiple shows per week with a variety of voices talking about the Redskins and other tangentially-related subject matter.

I cannot stress enough how excited I am to introduce them to you -- some of them are names you may already be familiar with, others are ones that I guarantee you will be well beyond our small corner of the internet.

In the coming days, you’ll see some introductory posts from our channel hosts who will be publishing to the very same unified feed, which will be posted here on Hogs Haven by each host when they go live.

You may have noticed our feed embedded in the bottom of stories lately and wondered, “what’s this?” Well today we’re happy to finally launch our channel in earnest beginning with my show, Hogs Night: A PorkCast. I’ll be joined weekly with the Boys’ Night: A Burpcast crew of Dr. Chris, Nedbot Neal, Beege Roomba, and Wayne Bretzky to chat about our thoughts on the week that was for the Redskins in DC.

This week we discussed our Super Bowl predictions (we record on Thursdays and likely won’t have our show out until early the following week going forward, oh well!) and discuss our general well-wishes for Sean McVay’s and his Rams squad, as he highlights a group of former Washington coordinators who have become “the next hot thing in coaching.” Things weren’t totally quiet for the ‘Skins last week though as Rob Ryan came to town, and we chat about what it means to have a fully-rounded coaching staff.

As a PSA, we are still taking submissions for interested parties to get involved as hosts for our channel. If you’re interested, check out this article with the information on what we’re looking for and how to apply. We’re looking for talented folks with a unique perspective, poise behind a microphone, and passion for the Washington Redskins. In putting together our channel we have been extremely deliberate in finding voices that offer unique and diverse points of view, which in many ways represents all different perspectives that can be found across the Redskins’ fan base. If you’re interested in being a part of this project, we want to hear from you.

We hope you enjoy listening to our new feed, and are eager to get the party started!
