Redskins Senior Vice President of Personnel Doug Williams following Jay Gruden Q&A today with his own. He talked about Josh Docston’s 5th year options, finding a starting LG, trading up in this year’s draft, and the QBs available in 2019.

“No, no, we’re not sitting here saying, ‘We have an extra four picks, let’s move up,’” Williams said. “That’s not something that we even talked about at this time. We got a lot more needs on this football team than we can say, we can give up two or three picks and say pick one guy and think we’re going to have a football team that we hope to have. I think we’ve got to use our picks wisely, and make sure we get guys that come in here and help us build this football team a lot better than what it is.
