NFL: Washington Redskins at New Orleans Saints The Advertiser-USA TODAY NETWORK

It wasn’t too long ago that the Redskins had one of the best–if not the best–receiving corps in the NFL. Things have changed quite a bit since 2016, mostly for the worse.

On this week’s Pig Pen Podcast, host, Denton Day is joined by a recorded version of his best friend Howie Mandel to play a game of Deal or No Deal with this year’s class of free agent class of wide receivers.

Utilizing Spotrac’s Calculated Market Value for the wide receivers, Denton looks at the value of everyone from Robby Anderson to John Brown to Jamison Crowder. Would the addition of Golden Tate make Washington’s WR corps markedly better, or could Devin Funchess give them a sorely-needed shot in the arm? A few tough decisions are made as to whether or not the Redskins should make a move.

With Antonio Brown officially declaring he’s ready to move on from Pittsburgh, Denton discusses why we must stay away, far away, from one of the league’s top receivers.

This week’s episode is closed with some final thoughts on how Alex Smith’s contract ruins the Redskins chances to go after Landon Collins this offseason.

Should the Redskins make a deal in this year’s free agency... or no deal?
