Bill Callahan spoke to reporters as the Redskins enter their bye week. He will be giving the players the minimum amount of time off during the bye, and practicing more than his former boss Jay Gruden used to. Callahan isn't ready to name a starting QB yet, that will happen next week when the team is preparing to host the New York Jets.
