The Redskins are 1-7. They have already fired Head Coach Jay Gruden. Now they will be starting their 3rd QB this season when rookie Dwayne Haskins Jr. lines up under center vs the Buffalo Bills. Haskins has already made two appearances in relief this year, but this will be his first week getting the majority of reps as the starter heading into a game. Case Keenum has already been ruled out with a concussion, which makes Colt McCoy the backup this week.

The Redskins continue to deal with injuries this week. Vernon Davis remains in the concussion protocol and the inactive list. Chris Thompson has also been ruled out with turf toe. Rookie guard Wes Martin remains out with a chest injury. Backups/special teamers Josh Harvery-Clemons(hamstring) and Deshazor Everrett(ankle) are also out vs the 49ers.
