The Redskins made several roster moves over the last two days. Yesterday they released OLB Cassanova McKinzy, and signed TE Hale Hentges. McKinzy has been dealing with a hip injury and he was replaced by recently signed OLB Noah Spence in the lineup. The Redskins just announced that he has been signed to the practice squad.

Hale Hentges(6'4", 245 lbs) was an undrafted free agent from the Indianapolis Colts who made their 53-man roster. He was released to sign CB Shakail Taylor from their practice squad. The Colts wanted to sign him to their practice squad, but he joined the Redskins instead. Did I mention he played for Alabama in college?

Washington made a few more moves to their practice squad today besides the McKinzy addition. Guard Malcolm Bunche was signed, and DB Deion Harris and LB Chris Odom were released.

Former Redskins WR Robert Davis has found a new home after Washington moved on. He has signed with the Philadelphia Eagles practice squad.
