After a 35-49-1 record and just one playoff appearance in a little more than five seasons at the helm, Jay Gruden has been fired from the Washington Redskins. Seemingly the final straw was a 33-7 blowout loss to the New England Patriots at home to drop Washington’s record to 0-5 to start the 2019 season.
