With the firing of Jay Gruden, the Redskins are clearly a team in need of re-building. The good news is, a new coach means new opportunities and a fresh outlook.
Tiffany is joined by Isaiah Moore of ESPN for episode nine of Rile’d Up. Moore is a Production Assistant, former ESPN’s the Undefeated podcast co-host, and former Bill Rhoden Fellow.
The pair tossed around potential coaches for the team, and disagreed on whether the team should seek an offensive minded, or defensive minded head coach. However, they both agreed that no matter whom the Redskins front office selected to lead the team next year, that person would have to be Dan Snyder’s best friend. With rumors of Jason Garrett being on the chopping block, perhaps he’d Snyder’s guy for the job?
Dwayne Haskins’ rookie season has reached the halfway point, and it might be time to let him get his first team reps. Isaiah doesn’t think Haskins has, or will eventually learn much, sitting behind Case Keenum and Colt McCoy.
