The 2018-2019 NFL playoffs with a game between the Indianapolis Colts and the Houston Texans. The Texans won the AFC South with an 11-5 record and secured the 3rd seed in the conference.

The Colts became the third team since the AFL-NFL merger in 1970 to make the postseason after a 1-5 start. They finished the season 10-6 and got the final playoff spot in AFC with the 6th seed.
