Bio: Grimm came to the Redskins in 2015 as a defensive quality control specialist. He was promoted to outside linebackers coach in 2017. This year will mark his fourth season overall as a coach with the Redskins. Grimm’s first NFL coaching gig was with the Arizona Cardinals, where he was an offensive quality control coach. He switched to the defensive side of the ball when he joined the San Diego Chargers in 2013. After a second season in San Diego, Grimm made the move to D.C. The Redskins’ outside linebackers have been a strong point during Grimm’s tenure.
Fun Fact: As many fans undoubtedly know, Chad is the son of legendary Redskins offensive lineman Russ Grimm. The elder Grimm played eleven seasons with the Redskins and was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2010.
