The football gods giveth and they taketh away. Derrius Guice made his NFL debut tonight but it was cut short after this run.

Guice, the Redskins 2nd round pick, and projected starter/savior, went down awkwardly after a big run that was called back for a holding penalty on FB Elijah Wellman. Guice was limping to the sidelines and went to the trainer's table. He was seen walking around and talking to teammates on the sideline, but official word from the Redskins is he's being evaluated for a left knee injury. Guice has dealt with left knee injuries in college.
