The preseason is almost over and we’re getting our final look at some players who will be driving UPS trucks next weekend when the real NFL season starts. The Redskins have their Battle of the Beltway tonight when they to go to Baltimore to play the Ravens. Washington plays their 4th preseason game, while Baltimore gets their 5th game after playing in the extra Hall of Fame game this year.

The Redskins will use tonight’s game to determine a few spots at the bottom of the depth chart on the 53-man roster. One of the biggest decisions that could be decided tonight is who backs up Adrian Peterson and Chris Thompson this year? Rob Kelley, Samaje Perine, and Kapri Bibbs will all play tonight, and Byron Marshall will be on the sidelines still recovering from injury.
Wide receiver has the top three spots locked up with Josh Doctson, Paul Richardson, and Jamison Crowder getting the lions share of snaps. Rookie Trey Quinn and Maurice Harris are projected to get the next two spots(if Harris isn’t cut again due to injury). Mason/Brennan winning STUD Cams Sims has a real shot at beating out veteran Brian Quick to grab the final spot.
