Bio: This will be Rauscher’s first season with the Washington Redskins. He spent the previous three years with the Broncos as an offensive assistant and an assistant to the head coach in Denver. Prior to making the move to the NFL coaching ranks, Rauscher served in various capacities on the coaching staffs of college programs including California Lutheran, the University of Hawaii, Utah, Dixie State, and his alma mater of UCLA. He was an offensive lineman for the Bruins before an injury cut his college career short after his junior season.

Fun Fact: Rauscher is from Carlsbad, California, where he was a two-way standout football player for La Costa Canyon High School.
