The NFL is releasing the 2018 regular season schedule at 8 pm on Thursday.
Although we won’t know the dates and times until tonight, we do know the matchups already.
Aside from the 6 division games, the Redskins have the following ten matchups this season:
5 Home games:
- Falcons All-time history: Washington leads 15-9-1
- Panthers All-time history: Washington leads 7-6
- Texans All-time history: Series tied 2-2
- Colts All-time history: Colts lead 20-12
- Packers All-time history: Green Bay leads 20-15-1
5 Away games:
- Saints All-time history: Washington leads 17-9
- Buccaneers All-time history: Series tied 11-11
- Jaguars All-time history: Redskins lead 5-1
- Titans All-time history: Series tied 6-6
- Cardinals All-time history: Redskins lead 75-46-2
A lot can change with the draft next week; camp injuries can make a big difference too.
But, knowing what you know now, and expecting what you think will happen between now and the season, what are the best & worst games on the schedule?
I’ll take it upon myself to nominate the home game against the Colts as the biggest home ‘dog’ on the schedule.
I think the trip to Arizona to meet the Cardinals is likely to be the worst of the road games.
