As the Redskins look to bolster their offensive line this offseason, a familiar name has surfaced. According to Ian Rapoport, the Redskins are one of a few teams who are showing interest in Rams center John Sullivan.
#Rams veteran C John Sullivan was invited on a visit by the #Giants, source said, as they continue to try to improve their OL. He’s drawing interest from the #Redskins, too.— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) March 15, 2018
Sullivan, who will turn 33 in August, spent 2016 with the Redskins, earning one start. The savvy veteran started 15 games for the Rams last season under new head coach Sean McVay.
It’s possible second year center Chase Roullier could kick outside to left guard if the Redskins were to sign Sullivan at center.
