Niles Paul will be signing with the Jacksonville Jaguars, and the Redskins see another player go elsewhere in free agency. Washington was ready to move on from Paul who had been with the team since being drafted in 2011 as a WR out of Nebraska. He was converted to TE by former HC Mike Shanahan, and has been a contributor there and on special teams for the last 7 years.
UPDATE: Contract details have been released
Niles Paul Jaguars deal: $4.75M, $1.5M, $500K signing bonus, salaries $1.5M ($1M gtd), $1.75M; $15,625 per game active roster bonus annual, up to $1M playtime, catches, yards incentive annual, $500K option bonus for 2019 to be exercised on or prior 22nd day prior to 1st day 2019

Early reports included $2M of incentives.

Those are taken out in the compensatory formula; thus, the comp pick the Redskins have on the board for Niles Paul falls from a 6th to a 7th. https://t.co/g0BNgOu6f9
