Today alongside the @Redskins, @CampbellsChunky & the @NFL I had the privilege to meet the military men & women @USOMetroDC. There isn’t a day that goes by where I am not thankful for the service they & their families provide for us! #SaluteToService #FootballIsFamily pic.twitter.com/jv6PXir3BD

I miss the old days of voting behind a curtain with lots of levers to push. When done, they all cleared with a big clickety-clack sound. Made you feel like something just happened. Now you just feed paper into a scanner.
— Rick Snider (@Snide_Remarks) November 6, 2018
Yeah, compulsory voting here. You get fined if you don't show up to the polling booths. However, you can show up then vote for no one. That's allowed. https://t.co/h2ElJb9163

Per @JamesDDorsett, #Redskins' 13 players on IR is tied (w JAX) for most in NFL.

He’s ok.
— John Keim (@john_keim) November 6, 2018
1 thing to keep in mind about Trent Williams moving forward. He's out this week from all indications & Jay Gruden said "It could be three (games)." If that holds, would be out #Texans game on 11/18. If he can't play then, does he miss 4th w/ short Thanksgiving week at #Cowboys?

Don’t you wish things just worked out as you pictured pic.twitter.com/K97VKLJLLC
— 2️⃣9️⃣ (@DhaSickest) November 6, 2018
Not to be overly critical but I have to be honest: The #Redskins refusal to address the OG position was absurd. Everyone knew it. They thought they had all the answers. They didn't. Nothing in free agency, the draft, post draft, post 6/1, camp, 53-cutdown, trade deadline. (0-7)??
— Chris Russell (@Russellmania621) November 6, 2018
It could be worse, guys. Redskins aren’t on this list. #NextManUp https://t.co/RGJnki6WVy

The #Redskins gambled on three position groups coming into the year.

— John Keim (@john_keim) November 6, 2018
Falcons threw more off Play action than any other team has this season vs. Washington: 14 times. Season high for ATL too... Not like they all worked. 9-14, 55 yards. (one big drop tho). But did create some hesitancy 4 run game later; did prevent stronger rush.

— Craig Hoffman (@CraigHoffman) November 6, 2018
A couple of things on this screen for the #Falcons TD. Very cool design to set up the blocking. They motion to 4x1 with Coleman already split out. #Redskins do a poor job aligning pre-snap and are set up to be blocked...and boy were they blocked. pic.twitter.com/Gn6huLxnnp
Smith played with confidence and trust in his receivers. 4 verts vs cover 3 here, knows the back side hook defender has to match Harris, so takes the shot trusting Harris to beat the LB on anything contested. He does. pic.twitter.com/GkJNvgDA28
— Mark Bullock (@MarkBullockNFL) November 6, 2018
With Paul Richardson out and Jamison Crowder healing, Maurice Harris may be the #Redskins' new outside vertical threat, @Matthew_Paras writes. https://t.co/INO5QcIdYe
— WashTimes Sports (@WashTimesSports) November 6, 2018
Jehu Chesson has turned into a strong special teams player for Washington. Excellent in coverage; Danny Johnson solid as a gunner, too. Tress Way has been very good; these two among others have helped big time with their coverage.
— John Keim (@john_keim) November 6, 2018
With all of the injuries the #Redskins are facing, the defense (which is the team's strength) should still be intact and relatively injury free for Sunday's game in Tampa.
— Lake Lewis Jr (@LakeLewis) November 6, 2018
The Top Graded #Redskins offensive players from Sunday's loss to #Atlanta:
— PFF WAS Redskins (@PFF_Redskins) November 6, 2018
Ty Nsekhe - 81.8
Alex Smith - 74.6
Vernon Davis - 71.5
Chase Roullier - 69.6
Maurice Harris - 69.0

#Redskins have no guards on practice squad.
— JP Finlay (@JPFinlayNBCS) November 5, 2018
On IR, Redskins have Tyler Catalina and Arie Kouandjio.
Catalina had shoulder surgery about 2 months ago.
Kouandjio has been in the locker room every day after surgery on his quad back in May.
IN NO WAY take this as me thinking things are cool with the #Redskins long term. But here's who they were missing in the game they won at Seattle last year: Trent Williams. Shawn Lauvao. Spencer Long. Plus Ty Nsekhe and Brandon Scherff were active, but didn't play a snap.
— Brian McNally (@bmcnally14) November 6, 2018
At least one of the Redskins' three new offensive linemen will start Sunday.

So now's probably a good time to get to know these guys: https://t.co/3Idd3a5V1p pic.twitter.com/vLX6cQECsL
Tress Way stat time: He ranks second in NFL in percentage of punts landing inside the 20 (56.8 percent); has 21 such punts. Avg starting field position after his punts: 78.6 yards from goal line (7th best). making teams drive a long way. @ESPNStatsInfo
— John Keim (@john_keim) November 6, 2018
Maurice Harris had more catches in Week 9 than he did in 2016 or 2017. That's wild.

Dez Bryant left New Orleans without a contract, but the #Saints liked what they saw and the sides are in negotiations on a deal, sources tell me, @SlaterNFL and @RapSheet. He’s been close before, so nothing’s done until it’s done, but all signs pointing that way.
