The Redskins are coming off a brutal loss on Monday Night Football against the New Orleans Saints. Washington has been hot and cold this year, and they were subzero last week. They host the Carolina Panthers this week, and look to get the only winning record in the NFC East and 1st place in the division
The Redskins are dealing with multiple injuries on the offensive line and at wide receiver and running back this week. Shawn Lauvao is doubtful with a calf injury so the team will start Tony Bergstrom at center and move Chase Roullier to LG again. Brandon Scherff, Trent Williams, and Morgan Moses are all dealing with knee injuries.
Maurice Harris will likely see some playing time again this week with the Redskins top 3 WRs hurting. Josh Doctson(heel) and Paul Richardson Jr.(shoulder/knee) sound like they could play this week while Jamison Crowder hasn't practiced all week and is likely out with an ankle injury.
Running back is another banged up position. Adrian Peterson is dealing with shoulder and knee injuries. He is expected to play but could be limited. Chris Thompson injured his ribs snd knee on Monday night. Kapri Bibbs will be active, while Samaje Perine looks for his opportunity to play while he rides the bench.
The odds have dropped from the Redskins being 3 point home favorites, to the game being a pick 'em.
