Chris Thompsons scored on a 22 yard pass from Kirk Cousins, his 4th touchdown in the first 3 games of the season. The Redskins forced the game’s first turnover to give themselves the ball. Rookie safety Montae Nicholson picked David Carr off at the 33 yard line and the Redskins drove the ball down the field 67 yards for the score. Kirk Cousins came out firing and is 5/5 for 65 yards and a TD.
