The Redskins lost their season opener at home to the Philadelphia Eagles 30-17, and there were a lot of questions following the game Head Coach Jay Gruden discussed the loss after the game yesterday, and returns to the podium today to speak to reporters again. He talked about issues in the run play calling, offense, and 3rd down defense. He also gave some insight into the plan for a few players returning from injury(WR Josh Doctson and OLB Junior Galette). And he plans on keeping Janison Crowder and Bashaud Breeland in to return punts and kicks respectively.
